New Scrapbooking “Our Family” Collection Layout with a Wood Looking Frame

by Reiko Tsuchida

Hi! It’s Reiko with another layout by using the new Altenew Scrapbooking Our Family collection.  Always good to have family theme collections for I have lots of my family members’ pictures and I want to tell how much my family means to me! Home is where you feel so secure and relax. With this calm feeling beautiful colors and flowers, my sleeping girl looks very comfortable!

Let me share how to make a wood looking picture frame with strips of wood paper. It’s pretty easy and worth making. Cut paper by it’s length by 7/8″ and repeat four times. Cut only 2 strips triangles for both ends. Then you just make a square with 4 strips. Just find any kind of wood printed paper and that works.

This cute little house was cut from Our Family Cardstock Die Cuts. Here I used Rose Filament Die Set again.

Enamel Dots for sure! The yellow green frame is from Our Family Stickers sheet.

Most of the embelishments are from the new collection, but the yellow speech bubble die cut is from the previous collection – Reflection Scrapbook Collection.

I hope you can find a little bits of inspiration from the layout! Have fun making your another favorite layout.
