Using Dies and Stickers on a Scrapbook Layout

by Kymona Tracey

Hello everyone!!!

Kymona here to show you how to use dies and stickers on a scrapbook layout. Creating titles can be so much fun using what's in your stash, like die cut words and stickers. They create texture and depth to your layout.

Let's take a look:

Scripty Words 2 Die

For this layout, I used the Altenew Scripty Words 2 Die and the Altenew Alphabet Puffy Stickers Sheets to create the pretty title.

My niece is growing up so fast. I love how documenting her every day is so easy with Altenew's Reflection Scrapbook Kit. The pattern papers in this kit are perfect for her.

Here's how to create this Die and Stickers Scrapbook Layout:

Start by using Altenew's Mini Blossom Die Cutting Machine to cut out the Scripty Words Die 2 “happy” sentiment out of pattern paper from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection and white craft foam.

Cut about two to three pieces of the foam so that that sentiment is raised on the layout.

Attach the pattern paper and the white craft foam with liquid glue.

Then, decide how you want the title to look like. Use liquid glue to attach the die cut sentiment to the pattern paper.

Place the die cut sentiment first, then the puffy stickers to ensure proper space between the two.

Using the date stamp from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection Kit, and the Altenew Jet Black Ink, stamp the date of the photo to document when the photo was taken.

Once the title is down, line up the photo and the thread for placement. Adhere them down and add the New Day Card Kit Enamel Dots.

Super simple and pretty!
