Hello, everyone!
Enza here and today I am sharing a couple of gift tags featuring the beautiful Our Family Scrapbook Collection.
I love making tags; not only because they can be a lovely handmade addition to any gift, but they are versatile enough to be used as an embellishment on a scrapbook page or a card. I always start by choosing the patterned paper for the background and collect all the possible embellishments I can use.
For the first tag, I went with a floral patterned paper, which I backed with heavy white cardstock to make it more durable. I watercolored the same image from the Build-A-Flower: Coral Charm Stamp Set twice, trying to match the colors with the ones in the background. I also cut some banners to use as a layering element. The “love” chipboard sticker included in the collection fit perfectly on top of the flowers. I adhered everything down with foam adhesive for dimension and finished the tag with enamel dots and blue ribbon.
The second tag is very similar to the first in terms of design but has a different color scheme. The background is more neutral and allowed for some stamping. I used the little flowers from the same set, which I stamped with Altenew Crisp Dye Ink in Moon Rock color. Very subtle but still noticeable.
I layered one of the stickers from the Our Family Collection with patterned paper and adhered it down with foam adhesive. The floral embellishment came from the same sticker sheet, and I also used washi tape to create some separation from the background. I finished the tag with twine.
Thank you so much for stopping by!
I hope these tags have inspired you to use the Our Family Scrapbook Collection in a fun way.
