Hello everyone!
Enza here and today I am sharing a fun project featuring the gorgeous Altenew Washi Tapes.
The versatility of this product is amazing; cards, scrapbook layouts, home décor – the possibilities are endless.
Today, I want to show you how I used the Floral Flurries, Dotted, and Monochrome Washi Tapes to decorate handmade gift boxes.I started by adhering the washi tapes onto plain cardstock. I picked a pink textured cardstock for the Floral Flurries Washi Tape and a smooth lavender one for the Monochrome design. I then used a cut file to create the boxes.
Next, the flowers for the lids. Again, I used a cut file, but any type of flower would work for this as long as you can create multiple layers to give it dimension.
Here you can see the same plain colored cardstock, the cardstock with washi tape on it and some fussy-cut leaves.I created the labels with the Dot Labels Stamp Set and cut them with the coordinating dies. The Crisp Dye Inks I used are Razzleberry for the pink label and Soft Lilac for the lavender one. The sentiments come in the Layered Cupcake Stamp Set.
The smaller box is almost exactly the same as the bigger one. The only difference is that I used the Dotted Washi Tape for the center of the flower, instead of the same washi tape that I had used for the lid.
I really enjoy personalizing my gifts. What do you think? Is it something you do or would love to try?
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a lovely day!

These are simply beautiful. I love making boxes but these are beyond what I have ever done. Could you possibly also say where the cut file for the flowers came from? Thank you.
