Hello everyone!
Kymona here to show you a clean and simple sewing scrapbook layout.
Clean and simple layouts are easy and fun to do. They allow the designer an opportunity to say no more. They also let the viewers' eyes to focus on one area.
Altenew's new Mega Dies are perfect for this type of design.
Let's take a look:
For this layout, I used the Mega Hello Die as the focal point that leads your eyes to the photo.
Here's how to create a Sewing Scrapbook Layout:
Choose the striped patterned paper from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection.
Die cut the Mega Hello Die three times out of black cardstock.
Align the die cut pieces and the photo on the striped cardstock to make sure the placement is correct.
Round all four corners of the patterned paper and the photo using a 3-way corner punch.
Adhere the three hellos first, then the photo with glue tape.
Use puffy stickers from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection to add another sentiment on top of the photo.
To finish the layout, use a sewing machine to add a zigzag stitch line on all four sides of the patterned paper.
Let's take another look:
Clean and simple scrapbook layouts are a great way to go for last-minute pages.
So, what do you think? Will you create a clean and simple sewing scrapbook layout? I would love to hear from you!
Thanks for stopping by!
