Hi there! Reiko here today, and I’m sharing with you a layout using the Altenew Monochrome Washi Tape and the Dotted Washi Tape.
In Japan, it’s the rainy season now before the long, hot summer comes. I used a 10 by 10 inches green-striped patterned paper for the background and a wooden patterned paper for the frame.
I cut the flower images from the Monochrome Washi Tape along with a white cardstock. Sometimes it is good to make a smaller layout like this. When you feel like a 12 by 12 inches layout is too big and overwhelming, you can simply trim patterned paper in any sizes.
I always adhere washi tapes on white cardstock. It helps you cut images easily and make little flags like in the picture above.
I had fun making this layout! Hope you enjoy my early summer layout inspiration.
Thank you for stopping by!
Reiko
