Hello, everyone!
Kymona here to show you how to create an embroidery hoop scrapbook layout using fabric and dies!
Let’s take a look:
Once again, I’ve combined my love for sewing with paper crafting. This time with an actual embroidery hoop and fabric! I was inspired by Vera Rhuhay’s post on Instagram to create this project.
I used the Mega Greetings Stamp Set and the Mega Thanks Die Set to decorate this embroidery hoop.
Here’s how to create this embroidery hoop scrapbook layout:
Cut a piece of fabric and sandwich it between the hoop pieces.
Use E600 glue to permanently stick the fabric to the back of the hoop.
Die cut “thanks” from the Mega Thanks Die and adhere it to the left of the fabric.
Stamp the sentiment on a white piece of cardstock using Embossing Ink.
Sprinkle red embossing powder and heat set it.
Adhere the sentiment above and below the die-cut.
Place a piece of red thread underneath the photo and adhere both of them down to the fabric.
Add some pom poms to the hoop to give the layout a finished look.
Super cute and easy project! I love displaying photos in different ways. I hope you do too!
Let’s take another look:
So, what do you think? Will you create an embroidery hoop scrapbook layout? I would love to hear from you!

Hey Kirsty!! Thank you so much for your kind comment.
Such a cute idea! While my hands and eyes can no longer do embroidery, I sure do have some old hoops laying around. I will give this fun idea a try. Thanks for the inspiration!
Very cool design!! I love the hoop!
