Hi, friends! We are thrilled to have another amazing Guest Designer this month.
Today, we would like to introduce the incredibly talented Irit Landgraf. Her work is artistic and colorful and ranges from clean and simple to bold and vibrant.
Get to know Irit!
Hi! I’m Irit, mother of 2 lovely girls and wife of one supportive husband. We live in the beautiful Austrian countryside. I started scrapbooking in 2011 and soon discovered watercolors, mixed media, and art journaling, and fell instantly in love. Stamps and watercolors are some of my favorite tools and I enjoy coming up with creative ways of using them. I love sharing my projects and inspiring others on my YouTube channel, as well as teaching online classes.
Irit's Rainbow Watercolor Art Journal Spread
Today I'm sharing a simple yet eye-catching art journal spread with you. It has everything I love – watercolors, splatters, flower stamps, and rainbow colors. I used the Watercolor 36 Pan Set, Sketchy Floral Stamp Set, Botanical Garden Stamp Set, and the Reflection Collection Roller Stamp.
I love embossing my flower stamps images, coloring and fussy cutting them. This way I can play with colors and experiment without the risk of messing up my background.

These embossed and watercolored flowers are the perfect embellishments for your art journal, scrapbook layout, or card.

What great ideas Irit!! Love your work! Thanks to you and Altenew for this opportunity!!
Fabulous video!!! I love the rainbow drip technique and the idea to paint your flowers separately and glue them onto the layout. Thank you for sharing your art with us.
