Hello, Altenew fans, it's Zinia here and today I'm back with another fun layout using the Halftone Squares Stamp Set.
I used the thin halftone rectangle from this set to create a colorful gradient effect in the middle of my page using some of my favorite Altenew ink colors. I went from gray to yellow and orange and from there to pink and purple shades. More specifically, the colors I used were Evening Gray, Vanilla Cream, Peach Perfect, Sunkissed, Caramel Toffee, Puffy Heart, Purple Wine, and Cosmic Berry.
To make sure my stamping was centered, I started from the middle and went towards the sides. Since this stamp image has this optical illusion effect, any little imperfections are not visible.
To create matching embellishments, I used the Floral Shadow Stamp and Die Set and stamped various images with the same ink colors. Then, using my Mini Blossom Die-Cutting Machine, I cut them out.
I arranged the images in the same order as my gradient stamping and then tucked my photo and a couple of sentiment strips between the flowers. You can watch everything, step-by-step, on the process video here or head over to Altenew's YouTube channel and watch it in HD.
