Paper Pack Highlight: Verdant Walk Paper Pack

by Reiko Tsuchida

Hello everyone and welcome to another Paper Pack Highlight post. Reiko here with you today and I want to share my 2019 DIY Bullet Journal created with the Verdant Walk Paper Pack.

I love to jot down to-do lists, my daily schedules, or my feelings on my planner or journal book every day. But I always wanted to have separate notebooks for each subject. That's when I decided to make this bullet journal which contains 3 to 4 separate notebooks inside.

Since the Verdant Walk Paper Pack has 6×6-inch papers, I first added a 1.75-inch dotted paper to a floral paper to make the 7.75-inch journal cover. I made two cover pages, and adhered the covers at the center, and then cut it to11-inch wide.

I cut another piece of paper to strengthen the center. Hope you can see the three holes at the top and bottom of the strip. These holes are for the ribbons to hold each notebook.

For the inside of the notebooks, I bought a paper pad from a dollar store and cut it to 7.5″ × 8.25″. I also folded it in half and stapled the center. You can choose any cardstock paper for the notebook cover.

To make pockets, I cut a 6×3 paper and adhered it to the back side of the cover.

Finally, I used the Watercolor Strokes Washi Tape to decorate the cover. I am really excited to bring this journal around with me!

Thank you so much for stopping by! Hope you enjoy creating your projects with the beautiful Verdant Walk Paper Pack.
