Welcome to the Altenew Scrapbook blog. It’s me, Sandra and I’m sharing a fun spring inspiration with you today. The Layered Floral Elements Die and the Circle Embroidery Hoop Die Set are really great for creating pretty spring embellishments for layouts and cards. I used cardstock in spring colors and die-cut blossoms and leaves. And then I decorated three cards with all the pretty floral elements and two die-cut hoops. I made two square cards and one with a rectangle format. You can also use these elements to pimp your scrapbook pages.
To make the cards, grab some white cardstock and then cut the cardstock to the desired size. Furthermore, cut a lot of floral elements and hoops from colored cardstock. You can find cardstock in pretty colors in the Altenew shop, for instance, try the Jewel Tone Cardstock Sampler.
Once you’ve cut all elements, it’s time to assemble them. To add more dimension, attach the elements with foam pads. Next, glue the leaves onto the cardstock with liquid glue. TIP: I use tweezers to attach small elements.
In addition, add some stamped sentiments from your favorite Altenew stamp sets. ‘Hello’ and ‘love’ are my faves. I stamped them with Jet Black Crisp Dye Ink onto white cardstock. Then I cut them with my scissors and attached them onto the cards with foam pads.
Last but not least, I hope you like my floral spring inspiration with the Layered Floral Elements Die Set and the Circle Embroidery Hoop Die Set. And now have fun using these Altenew products on your creative projects. Have a good day and keep on being a creative soul.
Xoxo,
Sandra
