Hello, Altenew fans. Enza here to share a new project; this time using the new, gorgeous Everlasting Happiness Stamp Set.
One of the things that makes this stamp set a must-have is the versatility of it – thin, delicate images that are not only beautiful as is but can be transformed in unique creations with just a bit of color.
Today I have a set of bookmarks for you. The school year is coming to an end, so I thought it would be a good idea to start making little gifts for the teachers. They are not only pretty but fast and easy to make.
I started with smooth white cardstock, trimmed to measure 2.5”x7.5”. I then stamped my images without following a specific pattern, but just as I liked them. 🙂 No right or wrong in this case. Whatever feels and looks right to you, then go for it!
To color the flowers, I used the following Altenew Artist Markers:
- blue: Sea Glass, Caribbean Sky, Desert Night.
- Purple: Soft Lilac, Lavender Fields, Deep Iris, Midnight Violet.
- Coral: Frosty Pink, Cotton Candy, Crimson.
- Green: Bamboo, Forest Glades.
I then matted each bookmark with black cardstock to create separation from the background but also to make them stand out more. I chose black cardstock for the hole reinforcers as well.
For the last layer, I used cardstock that coordinated with the color of the flowers.
Cool Summer Nights and Rock Collection Enamel Dots added the final touch to two of the bookmarks, while for the coral one I went with paint splatters.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you have found some inspiration in this blog post today. The new Everlasting Happiness Stamp Set is truly gorgeous. Don't you agree?

I can’t always navigate your blog members as when I go into some of them they say their websites are “Not secure”, so have to get out of them before I can see what they do.
