Welcome to the Altenew Scrapbook Blog. It’s me, Sandra, and I’m sharing a new scrapbook layout inspiration with the Alluring Blooms 6×6 Paper Pad. Today’s layout features fussy-cut elements, stamped details, and handwritten journaling.
Let’s have a look at the details:
At the top of the layout, I used some pretty fussy-cut florals, an epoxy button, and two enamel dots. I really like this eye-catching cluster where I combined paper and embellishments.
How to create a scrapbook layout with Alluring Blooms:
First, grab a blue paper from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection and use it as the background of the layout. Second, cut the paper to size 8.5″ x 11″. Third, fussy-cut floral designs from the Alluring Blooms 6×6 Paper Pad. And glue the florals onto the background with foam pads and/or a tape runner.
Third, add three photos to record a special moment. Furthermore, add a title onto your scrapbook layout. I used a chipboard sticker from Live Your Dream for the title. Fourth, add a stamped sentiment and glue it down next to the title. I used the sentiment ‘Be Happy’ from the Weekend Doodles Stamp Set. I stamped the sentiment onto white cardstock with Jet Black Crisp Dye Ink. And then I cut it with my scissors.
Fifth, you can add the date with some black Live Your Dream Puffy Alphabet Stickers. Also, epoxy buttons, Butterfly Acetate Die-Cuts, and handwritten journaling are nice little details you can use to add a finishing touch to your scrapbook layout. I like to write my journaling with a black pen and underline the journaling with a ruler.
Last but not least, I hope you like my new scrapbook layout inspiration with fussy-cut floral designs and a variety of embellishments from Altenew. And now have fun creating. Keep on being a creative soul.
Yours,
Sandra
