DIY Book Page Flowers for Scrapbook Layouts feat. Succulent Layering Die Set

by Reiko Tsuchida

Happy Saturday, Altenew friends! Reiko here sharing with you fun crafting ideas made using the Succulent Layering Die Set which contains various shapes and sizes of dies. Of course, it is nice to create green or purple succulents, but this time I made paper flowers instead.

12-inch Spring Scrapbook Layout:

To begin with, I started by die-cutting book pages or magazine pages from any book that I didn't read anymore. Then, I slightly folded at the center of the die-cut pieces.

The Watercolor Stroke Washi Tape and the Metallic Watercolor Pan Set are a perfect match for creating a spring scrapbook layout! I picked up the similar colors – Gold Pearl, Enchanted Gold and Aquamarine with the washi tape from the pan set.

DIY Book Page Flowers:

This is how I folded two times at the center of the book paper flowers.

I love this die set a lot! And how nice the colors of the metallic watercolors!!

The picture above shows how I placed a piece of scrapbook paper and washi tapes.

6 x 6-inch Small Scrapbook Layout:

Thanks for joining me today, I hope you’re all inspired to use the Succulent Layering Die Set in your next project! Happy crafting!

Until next time.
