How to Use an Outline Stamp on Your Scrapbook Photos
This is one of the memory-keeping pages from my pocket scrapbooking album. I tend to print my favorite photos in larger sizes and flourish them with floral outline stamps. I recommend using the Jet Black Pigment Ink when you stamp directly on your photos.
The stamped result will be very crisp and clear on printed photos. I love these simple but beautiful floral outline images!
